Our Story

We saw too many usable saunas being abandoned.

After years around sauna parts, control systems, power boxes, heaters, sensors, and wiring components, we saw the same problem repeatedly: many saunas were still structurally good, but one electrical component failed.

The original part was often discontinued. The brand may have closed. The model label may have faded. Or the sauna may have been sold under a private-label name with no clear support path.

Sauna Parts World was created to make that situation easier. We help customers understand their options, choose practical replacement paths, and keep good saunas in use for years longer.

A sauna should not become useless because one repair part is difficult to find.

Our operating principles.

These are the standards that guide how we select products, answer questions, and support customers.

01
Repair before replacement When a sauna can be repaired safely and practically, we believe repair should be considered first.
02
Compatibility before selling We encourage customers to check voltage, wattage, wiring, connectors, and component photos before ordering.
03
Clarity before confusion Most sauna owners are not technicians. We try to explain repair options in practical, understandable language.
04
Safety before convenience Electrical repairs should be handled carefully, with power disconnected and qualified help when needed.

Customer confidence matters.

We support customers with practical policies and compatibility guidance before they order.

Our Approach

We do not treat brand names as the whole answer.

Many saunas are produced by OEM factories, sold under different labels, or modified over time. A brand name can help, but it does not guarantee compatibility.

The real answer depends on the actual electrical system: voltage, wattage, wiring layout, connector style, heater type, control logic, and power output configuration.

That is why we encourage customers to send photos and specifications before ordering. It is a simple step that can prevent costly mistakes.

Have a question about your sauna?

Tell us what you are working on, or send photos of your sauna control panel, power output box, wiring connectors, and model label. We will help you understand the next step.

Important safety note

Sauna electrical repairs should always be performed with power disconnected. Compatibility depends on voltage, wattage, wiring layout, heater type, and control system design. If you are not comfortable working with electrical components, please consult a qualified electrician or technician. Sauna Parts World provides aftermarket parts and compatibility support, but installation safety remains the responsibility of the installer.
