Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once the 30-day return window has passed, the item is considered non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Requests must be started within 30 days after receiving your item.

Unused and uninstalled

Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Email first

Unauthorized returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please email support@saunapartsworld.com before shipping anything back.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Policy details

Order Cancellation Before Shipment

If you request to cancel an order after payment has been made but before the order has shipped, the cancellation may be approved at our discretion.

Approved cancellations before shipment are subject to a 5% bank processing fee. This fee is charged by the payment processor/bank and is non-refundable. The 5% fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Sauna Parts World is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Return Processing Fee

All approved returns after shipment are subject to a 15% return processing / restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-made products or customer-specific customized products
  • Installed or used electrical parts
  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation, misuse, or unauthorized modification
  • Custom orders or special-order parts
  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, manuals, or components
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you need is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As above, the item must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Custom-made products or customer-specific customized products are not eligible for return or cancellation once production or processing has started, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, after any applicable return processing / restocking fee has been deducted.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
