Logistics Terms

Shipping Fees

Orders over USD $99 qualify for free standard shipping.

Orders under USD $99 will be charged shipping fees based on the shipping method, destination, package weight, and order details displayed at checkout.

Oversized, overweight, or special freight items are not eligible for free shipping. Shipping fees for large items will be calculated and charged based on the actual shipping cost.

Order Processing

We usually process orders within 2-3 business days after receiving your order, excluding weekends and public holidays.

If an item is out of stock, requires customization, or if there is an issue with the order information, we will contact you by email. In such cases, order processing time may be extended.

Estimated Delivery Time

For orders shipped to the United States and Canada, standard delivery usually takes 7-10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to destination, carrier delays, holidays, peak shipping seasons, customs clearance, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Logistics Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number when available.

You can use the tracking number to check the shipping status through the carrier’s official website or your order details page.

Remote Areas and Special Circumstances

Some remote areas may require additional delivery time or additional shipping fees.

If your delivery address is in a remote area or requires special delivery arrangements, we may contact you before shipment to confirm the shipping cost and delivery options.

In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, war, epidemic control measures, customs delays, carrier service interruptions, or logistics strikes, delivery may be delayed or suspended. We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with the carrier and update you on the order status, but we are not responsible for delays caused by such events.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All import duties, customs fees, value-added taxes, sales taxes, consumption taxes, brokerage fees, and any other taxes or charges required by the destination country or region are the responsibility of the buyer.

Sauna Parts World is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import-related charges.

Please check your local customs and tax regulations before placing an order.

Abnormal Delivery Handling

If your package is lost, damaged, or not delivered, please contact us within 7 business days after the estimated delivery date.

We will review the situation and work with the carrier to determine the appropriate solution, which may include reshipment, refund, or other compensation depending on the actual circumstances.

If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address, unavailable recipient, refusal of delivery, failure to complete customs clearance, or failure to pay required taxes or fees, any additional shipping fees, storage fees, return fees, or redelivery fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.

If redelivery is required, we will arrange it after the related fees have been paid.
